James undertook specialist training at Royal Prince Alfred Hospital where he was awarded the F.J. Browne Medal in 1996 for first place in the membership exam for The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists. He was then appointed Senior Register at St Mary’s Hospital in London. In London he worked in the High Risk Obstetric Unit with interests in high blood pressure in pregnancy, gestational diabetes, thyroid issues in pregnancy and twin pregnancy.
He returned to Australia in 1999, and was appointed as Visiting Medical Officer at St George Public Hospital. He has since started private practice as an Obstetrician and Gynaecologist and has delivered over 2500 babies at Hurstville Private.

Originally from Malaysia, Dr Thou grew up in Kingsgrove and was educated at Kingsgrove High School. He undertook his medical degree at the University of New South Wales and graduated with Honours. Dr Thou has been working in the St George area since completing university in 1996.
As part of Dr Thou's specialist training with St George Hospital in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, he has been fortunate enough to work in the Royal Hospital for Women (Randwick), Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital, Sutherland Hospital and regional NSW hospitals in Wollongong and Lismore.

Dr Zhuoran Chen is an Obstetrician Gynaecologist and RANZCOG certified Urogynaecologist from Sydney. She has a special interest in pelvic floor reconstruction. A/Prof. Matthias trained and worked in England, Australia and the USA. He trained in reproductive immunology under Professor Alan Beer and subsequently introduced this concept and service under the name Sydney Reproductive Immunology, established in 1995. He caters for women with immune issues affecting their reproductive system, hormones and pregnancy. He is heavily involved in training of medical students registrars and young specialists. His Gynaecology interests include general gynaecology, laparoscopic, pelvic floor and incontinence surgery. In 1998, after training as a junior doctor in a busy district gynaecological oncology centre for four years, she successfully passed a national wide selection process and was appointed as an advanced trainee in the endoscopy unit in the Shengjing Hospital China before completing her master's degree in Obstetric and Gynaecology in 2001. She then migrated to Australia in 2002.
